Bottling and aging

Congratulations, you now have beer! But, you haven’t finish yet.

Boil 3/8 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Cover and let it cool.

Then pour into a sanitized container large enough in order to put your beer from the fermenter. Your beer is now primed and ready for bottling.

After that, put your beer into bottles which can withstand pressure resulting from carbonation.

Your beer must be aged in the bottle at least 7 days in a cool dark place, but not in the fridge.
